On the Special Occasion of Commemorating the 212TH Anniversary of the signing of the Act of the Extraordinary Meeting of Santa Fé, this 20TH July, we proudly express, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf; Our Most Sincere Congratulations to You and to the Brotherly People of the Republic of Colombia.
We recognize the importance of this historical event that laid the foundations of the Libertarian Struggle for the Right to Self-determination, National Sovereignty and Independence, a glorious purpose attained through Victory in the Battle of Boyacá, commanded by the Liberator Simón Bolívar.
In these challenging times for the Brotherly Peoples of Our Latin America and the Caribbean, who so yearn for Peace, Prosperity and Wellbeing; we reiterate our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the Bonds of Fraternal Brotherhood, Solidarity and Cooperation that must prevail between Our Peoples and Governments and that are essential to continue forging Unity, Integration and Regional Development.
