Dismayed by the tragedy Families in the Valparaiso Region are experiencing, and in Solidarity always, at all times and circumstances, particularly when there is loss of the valuable Lives of Chilean Brothers and Sisters, we express to you our sadness and sincere Condolences which we ask you to convey to the Families and Communities that have lost Loved Ones and have suffered extensive material damage.
Our Prayers and Affection for all of them, as part of our always fraternal affection and gratitude in our shared struggles.
We ask you to convey our Message of Brother and Sisterhood in the Great Patriotic Nation to the beloved and courageous Chilean People.
