We are writing to you with a heavy heart following the terrorist tragedy that has just taken place in a Moscow Concert Hall, where hundreds of people were gathered for an event of Art and Culture.
Terrorist criminality has once again been unleashed on innocent people who have become victims of the hatred and confrontation that characterize the Nazism and Fascism that continue to threaten the world.
Together with our unchanging Fraternal Affection and Solidarity, we send our most energetic condemnation, rejection and repudiation of these methods that have already caused, the whole world over, pain, suffering and loss to so many Families of the Human Community.
We ask you to convey to the People of Moscow, to the Families who have lost Loved Ones, to the Friends of those who have seen the Principles of Humanity and Fraternity overturned, as we convey to you, Comrade President Vladimir Putin, as always, as Brothers and Sisters in the History of Just Struggles for Peace and Good in the World, our unwavering Support, Fellowship and Solidarity.
Long live the Defense of Peace in the World, and may God give more Strength, Steadfastness and Blessings to the Courageous Russian People!
May the Faith and the Prayers received, relieve the Families of the deceased and injured; may God give them Comfort and Serenity; may God Bless us with more Strength to transcend, and continue promoting Justice, Kindness and Humanity.
