of the Republic of Nicaragua
Has decreed
A National Day of Mourning in Solidarity
for March 24th this year 2024 to reject, repudiate and condemn the terrible terrorist act in the community of Krasnogorsk, Moscow, in the Russian Federation, which cut short the lives of more than 133 Russian sisters and brothers and led to hundreds of wounded receiving care in the hospitals of that fraternal country.
Our Blessed Nicaragua's People, Christian, Socialist, committed to Solidarity, expresses our profound, sincere, and fraternal Condolences to all that valient People, to their President Vladimir Putin and, consequently, tomorrow Sunday March 24th, will carry out Events of Solidarity and Union in all the municipalities of our Nicaragua, Blessed, Sovereingn, Forever Free.
The National Flag will hang at half mast throughout the day of March 24th Mourning in Solidarity with the Russian Federation.
