First of all, receive a cordial and fraternal Greeting from our Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua, in these complex times through which the Human Community is living, and facing the challenges that we must all assume together so as to seek Peace and Just Development, with the aim of fighting Poverty, efforts we know we are all making, each one with their People, and each Country according to its circumstances.
With this Message between Central American Brothers and Sisters, we wish to ratify and confirm, that Nicaragua will receive the Pro Tempore Presidency of SICA, in accordance with the schedule and forms established in our Regulations and Protocols.
Our Foreign Minister, General-in-Retirement Denis Moncada, and the entire team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua, will coordinate the relevant occasions and events so as to optimize the work of our Pro Tempore Presidency, which we will be carried out with Everyone and for the Good of Everyone in effective coordination with all our fraternal Countries.
With full confidence in the validity of our Aspirations, Dreams and Rights, we reiterate to you our Warmest Greetings, with the assurance that as Peoples of a beautiful and victorious Region, we are going onward, building together the Future which our Peoples, and everyone among them, deserve.
