In that Historic and Combative Sister Nation of Great Africa we visited you in the 1980s and we also had the pleasure of receiving here your Historic Leader and President, Comrade Samora Machel.
In those Times we were united in Battles for Life, Justice and Peace. In these Times also we have strengthened our Brother and Sisterhood around Life, Justice and Peace in the World.
We cordially congratulate you all, and you, Brother President-Elect, for your Victory in these New Moments in the History of Humanity, and as ever, we reiterate the Strength of our Unity to achieve the New World of Rights and Full Fraternity, so that the Victories of our Peoples will be more and more Certain, in the continuity of all the Battles.
