OFFENSIVE INTERFERENCE, COMPLETELY OUT OF PLACE
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of this Central American, Blessed and Forever Sovereign and Free Nicaragua reiterates to the Countries of the SICA, its most energetic protest against the insolent and disrespectful attitude of the Governments of Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Panama, who ignore the Independence and Sovereignty of our Countries, in self-evident servility to extra-regional interests.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua rejects this behavior unbecoming to our Cultures and Fraternal Obligations, in this World where ignorance and irresponsibility are causing so much backwardness and woeful occurrences to Peoples who, like ours, cry out for the Right to live securely and calmly, advancing against the Poverty imposed on them.
Denying Nicaragua's right to occupy the space that belongs to us in the General Secretariat of SICA, is interference, and it denies SICA itself, condemning it to gradual extinction, for lack of functionality and hence disintegration, which we do not doubt is in the interests of foreign Agents, who apparently dominate those adopting these positions alien to the Supreme Interest of our Peoples.
As Central Americans, where history has united us in heroic battles against foreign invaders, we stand fast and declare that we are not doomed to failure. On the contrary, we are going to continue fighting so that Reason, Intelligence, Intellect and the Interest of our Peoples prevail and that discernment prevails allowing us to join our efforts for the Right of Central America's Families to live with dignity, and to multiply all those actions which seek to strengthen Harmony, Security and Well-being.
Faced with the threatening realities that we are all aware of, Drug Trafficking, Organized Crime and the disunity that leads to disarticulation, opening the doors to abuse, exploitation and mockery of the merciless plundering of our Patrimonial Riches at the hands of the usual unscrupulous people, may this December of Brother and Sisterhood and Family, open Minds to Reflection on the value of a United and Strong Central American Nation, one that defends our Peoples against extortion and all the threats which we live with and face.
This is a new Call to take into account the Common Good, and banish the dementia sold to us in the form of vainglorious fantasies, nightmares and the absurd, childish wish for one part to able to impose and have power over another.
This is a new Appeal for Brother and Sisterhood, Sanity and Respect.
