A HERO HAS DEPARTED
Today, April 11, Brother Alcibiades Picota, died in Panama, departing to another Plane of Life and leaving the imperishable Example of Patriotism that on January 9, 1964 made him carry the Proud National Flag of his Country in the territory occupied by North American Imperialism.
As we send our Heartfelt Condolences and Prayers for his Soul on that Plane of Eternal Life, we embrace together with his Relatives and the beloved Panamanian People, whom we have known as a Worthy, Brave, Generous, Loving People, Defenders of their National Sovereignty.
To all of you, the Union of our Hearts in Love for the Patriotic Nation , our Great and Courageous Nation, Latin America.
