On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we convey to You and the People of the Kingdom of Thailand our deepest Condolences for the loss of precious human lives, injured, and destruction caused by the recent torrential rains in several southern provinces of your Country.
We elevate our prayers for the Comfort of the families of the victims of this terrible tragedy, as well as to the millions of Thai Brothers and Sisters affected by these floods.
From our Nicaragua, Blessed and Always Free, please accept our fraternal Friendship and the Affection of the Nicaraguan Families for the Brotherly People of Thailand.
