On the occasion of celebrating the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to be held from January 19 to 25, 2026, in the city of Hanoi, we address You, with deep Respect and Brotherhood, to express our warmest Revolutionary Congratulations on behalf of the Sandinista Front for National Liberation, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity and the Nicaraguan People.
