On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, and on our own behalf, we wish to extend to you and your brave People our warmest and most fraternal congratulations on the occasion of the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic.
This significant date evokes half a century of dignified and constant Struggle for Self-determination, Freedom and Justice. We remember with admiration the historic act of Bir Lehlu, where the Saharawi People raised their Flag and declared their unwavering will to be Free, initiating a path of resistance that is an example of perseverance and Love for theier Patriotic Nation for all the Peoples who love Peace and Sovereignty.
From our Nicaragua, Forever Blessed and Forever Free, we reiterate our commitment to continue defending the Right to Self-Determination and National Sovereignty of the Fraternal People of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic.
