This election ratifies your role at the head of the Brotherly People of Vietnam, who continue to advance steadily towards greater levels of Development, Growth and Prosperity, demonstrating to the World that the Vietnamese Socialist Model guarantees Stability, Well-being, in Sovereignty and National Dignity.
