Dear Brother and Comrade,
This morning we heard the sad news of the untimely passing of Brother and Comrade, Vladimir Makéi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
On behalf of the People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we express our Most Sincere Condolences and Solidarity to You, to the Brotherly People of Belarus and especially to the Family and Friends of Brother Vladimir Makéi.
Our prayers accompany all of you, asking our Almighty God that you may find Peace and Consolation in the Sacred Memory and enduring legacy of the Brother Minister of Foreign Affairs.
