May the blood of the innocent shake the conscience of the American rulers, so that the bells toll no longer, so that the aggression stops, so that the military maneuvers stop, so that dialogue with Nicaragua is accepted, so that they let us Latin Americans dialogue in the Contadora Group and in the Support Group.
The President of the Sister Republic of Costa Rica has offeres the Central American Leaders a chance for us to dialogue, to let us talk about the Peace Initiatives of the Central American governments, including the constructive Proposal in favor of Peace.
No to war! Yes to peace!, cries the blood of Benjamin, so that the bells no longer toll in Nicaragua.
