Beloved Brother and Compañero;
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we are pleased to express our congratulations to you, the People and your Government on the occasion of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.
We join the Commemoration of the Heroic Liberation of the City of Minsk from the Nazi yoke on July 3rd 1944, which represents a fundamental milestone in the history of Belarus. It symbolizes the Courage, Resilience and indomitable Spirit of the Belarusian people, who knew how to rise up from the ashes of war to build a Sovereign, Prosperous Nation Proud of its Identity.
Beloved Brother Lukashenko, as you yourself have expressed "the Day of the Liberation of Minsk is the second birthday of the Belarusian Nation." It is, therefore, a day of profound patriotic significance that unites all Belarusians around the Values of Freedom, Peace and Independence.
We express our sincere appreciation for your leadership and dedication to the service of Belarus over all these years. Under your government, the country has consolidated its Sovereignty, strengthened its Economic and Social Development, and enhanced its prestige on the international stage.
We also extend our congratulations to all the Belarusian people, who are celebrating this very important date with rightful pride. May the Spirit of Unity and commitment to the Nation's Future continue to guide Belarus' steps towards New Achievements and Horizons of Progress, Peace and Fraternity.
