On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our warmest Congratulations to You, the People and the Government of Malaysia, on the occasion of commemorating the 63rd Anniversary of Independence, this coming August 31.

On this solemn occasion, we take the opportunity to recognize your commitment to achieving Peace, Development and Well-being of your People, ideals that we share as Free and Sovereign Nations.
