Brother, Comrade President:

We are honored to share the Glorious Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Independence of the Brave, Noble and Dignified People of Vietnam.

We celebrate with You, Brother President and Secretary General of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, along with your People and Government, these 75 Years of continuous Victories of the infinite Heroism of the Vietnamese People, who became a Legend, and a magnificent Libertarian Narrative that illuminate, like the Sun that does not decline, all the Peoples of the World.

The imperishable Example of Vietnam is present in the courageous and audacious Battles for National Sovereignty and Respect for our Decisions, Paths and Models of Freedom, Solidarity and Just Development, from our own Cultural Visions.

Brother President and Secretary General:
Brothers of the VCP Central Committee:
Heroic People, Families of that Great Vietnam:

We congratulate all your successes, the fruit of a tenacious and singular work that advances every day towards the Well-being, Harmony, Happiness and Prosperity of your People.

Joined in the Struggles for a Better World, which is now urgent and essential, we reiterate to You, to all your People, the Revolutionary and Evolutionary Identification of our Always Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua. We admire your Patriotism and indestructable Legacy, a World Heritage, a Legacy that knew coherence, firmness and consequences, defending the Right to Lasting Peace with Justice.

In these difficult times of COVID-19 our very special greeting, recognizing the excellent results of your Model and Strategies. Also, of course, our Embrace and Prayers to the Families who have suffered losses and absences.
