Dear Prime Minister,
As you commemorate the historic date on which Belize achieved its Independence, it gives us great joy to express, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to You and the Brotherly People and Government of Belize, our Sister Nation within the Caribbean and Central American Regions.
We are reminded of that momentous occasion, 39 years ago, as your People stood tall, proudly raising the Flag of Independence. In the midst of ongoing struggles, we continue to share in our aspirations for Long-Lasting Peace, Development, Well-being and the Permanent Defense of our Sacred Right to Self-determination.
Brother Prime Minister,
In these times of Great Challenges, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua wishes to reiterate its unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the fraternal bonds of Solidarity, Cooperation and Cultural Identity that unite us with Belize.
From our Always Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua, please receive our Fraternal Embrace, as well as the affection of all Nicaraguans for the Brotherly People of Belize.
