On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our warmest Congratulations to You and the Brotherly People and Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of commemorating the 60th Anniversary of Independence, this upcoming October 1.
On this solemn occasion, we take the opportunity to recognize the laudable and tireless labor of your Government toward achieving Peace, Security, Well-being and Development for your People, representing as well, a fundamental pillar for a Greater Integration of the African Continent.
