Dear President,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our warmest Congratulations to You and the Brotherly People and Government of the Republic of Korea, on the occasion of commemorating one more Anniversary of the National Day of its Foundation, this October 3.
Korea and Nicaragua share historical ties based on Friendship and Mutual Respect, promoting a culture of Peace and Solidarity under the Principles of International Law.
Once again, we welcome the efforts aimed at achieving dialogue and understanding, leading to the stability of the Korean Peninsula, as we reaffirm our commitment in favor of Peace for all the Peoples of the World.

On this solemn occasion, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua wishes to reiterate its will to continue strengthening the Bonds of Friendship, Solidarity and Cooperation that unite our Peoples and Governments, as well as to express its best wishes for Prosperity, Health and Wellbeing for your People.
