On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our warmest Congratulations to You, the People and the Government of the Republic of Uganda, on the occasion of commemorating the 58th Anniversary of Independence, this coming October 9.
On this occasion, we take the opportunity to recognize your Government’s actions toward achieving Peace, Security, Well-being and Development of your People, representing as well, a pillar for a Greater Integration of the African Continent.
