On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our Congratulations to You and the Rassemblement des Républicains (RDR) for the victory achieved during the Elections on October 31st.
We are confident that Côte d'Ivoire will continue to advance in its Struggle for Peace, Stability, Tranquility, Well-being and Progress of its People.
