With all the affection and respect of the Nicaraguan People, we convey to You our firm condemnation of the heinous terrorist attack that occurred at the University of Kabul.
25 Human Beings have lost their Lives and in Solidarity, it is Our Duty to transmit to You, our rejection of this new expression of absurd extremism, as well as our Empathy and Prayers for the Families and Friends of the victims, and for your People.
