Dear Brother President,
On the occasion of commemorating the 57th Anniversary of the Independence of the Sister Republic of Kenya, we wish to convey on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our most sincere Congratulations to You, the People and the Government of the Republic of Kenya.
On this historic date, the Republic of Nicaragua wishes to highlight the Traditional Bonds that unite us with the Brotherly People of Kenia, with whom we share roots, history and common struggles.

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua takes the opportunity to reiterate its invariable will to continue strengthening the Traditional Bonds of Brotherhood, Solidarity and Cooperation that unite us, as well as its firm commitment to continue working together to overcome the great challenges of our time.
