As you commemorate this coming 1 April, one more year of the Glorious establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we vividly remember the courageous actions of the tireless struggle for Freedom, Justice and Self-Determination, which have inspired so many Peoples of the World.
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) and on our own behalf, we wish to convey our warmest Congratulations to You and the People and Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
We remember that historic 1 April of 1979, when the Great Iranian People reaffirmed the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, thus defending their identity and the new type of government that the People wanted as an alternative to the monarchy and that today, makes its way forward on a firm path towards Growth, Prosperity and Progress.
In this process, rest assured that the People and Government of Nicaragua will remain firm in their commitment to continue strengthening the Bonds of Fraternity and Solidarity that unite us.
With the usual affection, we convey to You our Fraternal and Revolutionary greetings and ask God for your health and prosperity of the Noble Iranian People.
