At this difficult time for the People and Government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, allow us to convey on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, our deepest condolences for the transition to another plane of life of Brother Dah el Bendir, Chief of the Gendarmerie of your Nation.
