We have just learned of the passing of Dr. Parnel R. Campbell (Queens Counsel), former Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from 1987 to 1995.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua recognizes Dr. Campbell as a foremost expert in legal matters and one of the main advocates for the establishment of the Family Court of your beloved country, among many other contributions made during his distinguished professional career.
On behalf of the People and Government of Nicaragua and on our Own Behalf, allow us to transmit our most sincere condolences to You, the Brotherly People and Government of Saint Vincent and The Grenadines, and especially to the Dear Family and Friends of Dr. Campbell.
