From victory to victory, once again, we acknowledge the confidence placed in you by the Brave and Brotherly People of Syria who knew how to stand firm by demonstrating to the world their vocation for Democracy and Peace, ratifying your successful leadership, as well as the valuable contributions made by your Government in favor of Peace, Stability and Wellbeing.

On this historic occasion of glory, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our Congratulations to you, the People and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic, for the victory achieved in the Presidential Elections held on Wednesday 26 May, in an electoral celebration conducted with professionalism, transparency and trust.
We take this memorable opportunity to reiterate our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the Bonds of Brotherhood and Solidarity that unite our Peoples and Governments.
