We are very proud to join the Heroic People of Russia on the special occasion of commemorating the 31st Anniversary of the Declaration of National Sovereignty of the Russian Federation on 12 June, a solemn date that brought great changes both for your country and for the world, and a historic moment for the renewal of revolutionary resolve and commitment.
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our respect and most sincere congratulations to You, Your People and Government, as you celebrate the Day of Russia.
