NO MORE DIRTY CAMPAIGNS AGAINST NICARAGUA.
CO.N.O.S.UR (National Commission of Social Organizations of Uruguay) does not want to remain silent while a few dozen Uruguayans want to compromise the history of struggle of our people by expressing themselves as adocenados and servile bourgeois ignoring the Nicaraguan reality.
The signatories, coincidentally, with exceptions, are a conglomerate of careerists who passed office in the 15 years of progressive government. They have to be liberals, democrats, supporters of private means of production, to try as soon as they can, to accommodate themselves and to be accepted by the establishment.
In these days of July, the Uruguayan People are gathering signatures (25 percent of the register) to bring referendum to the LUC. A set of 500 reactionary items to liquidate all conquests. These antisandinista lords, instead of pouring their energies into that just cause, go out to be part of the imperial chorus that ruled that now the enemy is Nicaragua.
These "pristine and enlightened" allow themselves the interference and distortion of what really exists in your country with the support of the great masses.
CO.N.O.S.UR is clearly on one side WITHOUT AMBIGUITIES: With the Government and with the Sandinista People of Nicaragua.
A BIG NO to interference in another country that wants to be independent. Nicaragua does not need us as lawyers. There is no political violence there. The Constitution as it stands was drawn up when the right ruled. And the popular mandate is fulfilled. They could hardly be preventing candidacies, when the date for their submission has not yet arrived. We're not going to echo the FakeNews.
Our organization was present in October 2018 and we saw the vandalism that the right had organized to carry out a coup d'état. Anyone can pretend that in the midst of economic growth and with a leadership would be, such a barbarity would turn a blind eye.
Our compatriots of the adverse statements act as "docile dolls" to the pretensions of the U.S., its allies, and a group of traitors to the Fatherland. The Uruguayan signatories will not have their resumes on display today, to downplay them.
Pepe Mujica already attacked Maduro as the Yankees prepared the invasion of Venezuela, disguised as "humanitarian aid." Earlier, it prevented the lifting of the Impunity Act in our country. He projected Almagro at the OAS. And he said that Caribbeans are all crazy. Now it appears against your government. There are several signatories to the tone.
They don't deserve to be characters. Almost everyone when they were rulers touched the wealth, nor ever received a single rezongo from the masters (the United States Embassy).
Finally, and this is the most important thing, you should know, in this list of "critics" there is not the Workers' Central, there are not the student organizations, there are not the cooperatives. There are no Social and Neighborhood Organizations. By your ways of Peace and Victory we trust in you.
