Dear Heads of States and Governments of all Muslim Countries,
Dear Brothers of the Muslim Community around the World,
During these blessed days, as the Muslim Community celebrates two of its most important pillars of pilgrimage, on 19th July, when pilgrims remain on Arafah Mountain, and on 20th July, the sacred Eid Al-Adha; the Nicaraguan People, with the Grace of God, also commemorate the 42nd Anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, a glorious victory over oppression and tyranny.
On this special day, we would like to extend our most sincere congratulations to you as you celebrate the blessed Eid Al-Adha, praying that God may allow you to enjoy this festivity in Faith, Wellbeing and Good Health. Likewise, we cannot fail to congratulate those who are ending their rituals of pilgrimage, having made this important effort despite all the difficulties imposed by the COVID19 pandemic. We hope that God may accept their devotion and actions, as we pray for their safe return to their homes and families, and for their protection from harm and illness.
Undoubtedly, the importance of this religious celebration, valued and cherished by the souls and hearts of Muslims throughout the world, conveys Profound Faith and constitutes an occasion in which the meanings of sacrifice and redemption are manifested in sincere and faithful fulfillment of the will of Almighty God.
We greet you all with respect and affection from Nicaragua, a Blessed and Always Free Land and take this important opportunity to recognize and renew our Fraternity and Solidarity and to come together for the good of all mankind. We pray and draw nearer to God for the creation of a world where Prosperity, Happiness and Peace can prevail and flourish.
