Once again we join you, the Brother People and Government of the Republic of the Philippines, in expressing our fraternal solidarity and sincere condolences at the loss of valuable lives of Filipino Sisters and Brothers and for the destruction caused by the monsoon rains, fueled by Typhoon In-Fa, which has caused flooding in different regions of your country.
We deeply regret this tragedy and ask you to convey our prayers and words of comfortto the families of the victims.
Receive our always fraternal consideration and sincere friendship, as well as the affection of all the Nicaraguan Families for the Brotherly People of the Philippines.
