It is with deep sadness that we greet you and extend our most sincere condolences, to You Brother, to your Government and People, to the Dominica Labor Party (DLP) and to the Beloved Family and Friends of Comrade Minister Edward Registe, whom today has transcended to another Plane of Life.
In these days of profound pain and national mourning in Sister Dominica, we transmit our Solidarity, as we recognize the enduring legacy of Comrade Edward Registe, who in addition to being Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Relations, International Business and Diaspora Relations, was also a Member of the National Assembly for the Constituency of Grand Bay and Former Secretary General of the DLP.
