This morning we learned of the tragic fire that occurred in a residential building in the Yancheng District of Kaohsiung City, in which many Taiwanese Sisters and Brothers lost their lives.
In these moments of profound national mourning, allow us to express our most sincere condolences in the face of this unfortunate tragedy, asking you to please convey our prayers and words of comfort to the families who lost loved ones, as well as to those who accompany and watch over the recovery of their injured relatives and friends.
Receive from our Nicaragua that always remains in Fraternal Solidarity, our Most Sincere Friendship; as well as the Affection of all the Nicaraguan Families for the Brotherly People of Taiwan.
