In these times of challenges and threats, knowing that the Brotherly People and Government of India have managed to vaccinate one billion citizens against COVID-19, represents a beacon of light for the Nicaraguan People and for so many other Peoples of this World, who fight daily, with determination and commitment and in the face of multiple injustices, to address the terrible scourge of the Pandemic that threatens our Sacred Right to Life, Wellbeing and Prosperity.
Arriving at this historical milestone is further evidence of the Cultural and Spiritual Strength of the Millennial People of India, as well as the Decisive Leadership of your Government, which has spared no effort in its firm determination to carry vaccines to every corner of the country, from the neighborhoods of your glorious capital, New Delhi, to the most remote communities.
