THE BOLIVARIAN CIRCLE "NEGRA HIPOLITA" OF MIAMI, invites all its members and supporters to the campaign for the release of our ambassador ALEX SAAB unjustly extradited to Miami from Cape Verde (without an extadition treaty with the USA) with a prefabricated red alert of Interpol and violating the Vienna Convention for Diplomats.
Ambassador ALEX SAAB was in charge of purchasing food and medicine for the Venezuelan people, affected by the blockade and the illegal and criminal sanctions imposed by the empire.
