Hemos seguido con profunda preocupación las informaciones sobre la pérdida de vidas y destrucción material causados por el Huracán María, que ha dejado devastada a la Mancomunidad de Dominica.
Deseo transmitirle a Usted, y a través suyo al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de Dominica, nuestros más profundo Pesar y Solidaridad con las Familias y Comunidades afectadas por esta tragedia, especialmente a los que perdieron a sus Seres Queridos.
Querido Hermano Skerrit, reciba toda nuestra Solidaridad, Afecto y Consideración en los difíciles momentos que atraviesa junto a su Pueblo y en las duras tareas de reconstrucción a las que se enfrentarán.
