Coronavirus Situation as of 26th April 2022, 10:00 a.m. Weekly Report.
During the current week, from 19th to 26th April of 2022, we have attended and provided Responsible and Careful Care to 45 Nicaraguans confirmed to be COVID-19 positive.
Likewise, 27 persons who were under Responsible and Careful Care have complied with the established period.
From the start of the Pandemic until today, we have attended and provided Responsible and Careful Care to 14,395 persons. We continue working to provide care to the Nicaraguan families.
People who have been receiving Responsible and Careful Care for COVID-19, have frequently had pre-existing conditions such as: arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, heart diseases, immunodeficiency syndrome, chronic kidney failure, a history of cerebrovascular disease, pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic pulmonary diseases.
In the current week, there was 1 death attributable to COVID-19 and other deaths which occurred in people who have been under responsible care, due to pulmonary thromboembolism, diabetes mellitus, acute myocardial infarction, hypertensive crises and bacterial pneumonia.
To date, we have attained the recovery of 14,116 Nicaraguans.
