His Excellency
CYRIL RAMAPHOSA
President of the Republic of South Africa
Excellency:
In moments of deep sadness for the passing of our sister Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, historical leader of the Anti-apartheid Movement and Outstanding Fighter of the African National Congress (ANC), I transmit to you, to the people of South Africa and especially to the Family of our Sister Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, our deepest condolences on behalf of the People and Government of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf.
The courageous figure of our Sister Winnie Madikizela-Mandela standing against social injustice and the apartheid regime was deeply inspiring for generations of South African fighters and all around the world.
Brother President Ramaphosa,
Receive the Fraternal Embrace and the Solidarity of the Nicaraguan People.
