Brother President:
From Nicaragua, Blessed and Always Free, from this Nicaragua that appreciates and cares for Friends and Brothers like You, who have accompanied and protected her in so many difficult moments, we salute your Re-election yesterday, as President of Ireland.
We are reassured that with you leading your People and Government, the Relationship of Friendship and Cooperation that we have had throughout our History, will develop and be deepened, because they are Fraternal Bonds, tested in so many challenging moments, and today, even more, in a world of unprecedented complexities.
Dear Comrade and Brother President Mi-chael Higgins, we will never forget, and we will always appreciate, your Friendship and Brotherhood during the truly beautiful visit we made to Ireland.
We reiterate to You our Admiration and Love, which has remained intact throughout the ages,
