Today, February 16, 2019, the Government of Nicaragua met with a group businessmen representative of the Nicaraguan Private Sector to address important issues for the Common Good of the Country.
In the open exchange, the need for an understanding to start a negotiation through an inclusive, serious and frank encounter has been confirmed.
His Excellency Cardinal Leopoldo José Brenes Solórzano, Archbishop of Managua, and His Excellency Bishop Waldemar Stanisław Sommertag, Apostolic Nuncio of His Holiness in Nicaragua were present in the meeting as guests of the two parties.
