Dear Brother President,
We have learned of the loss of at least 89 valuable lives in Eastern and Sothern Zimbabwe, due to the effects of Tropical Cyclone Idai.
On behalf of the People, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, and on our own behalf, we would like to express our most heartfelt condolences to You, the Brotherly People and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe, especially the families of the victims affected by this tragedy.

Be assured that the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua and Our People will remain always in close fraternal solidarity with the Government and People of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
