FROM THE DELEGATION OF GOVERNMENT OF
RECONCILIATION AND NATIONAL UNITY (GRUN)
TO THE NEGOTIATION TABLE

The Delegation of the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity to the Negotiation Table informs our People and the International Community, that yesterday, April 12, we held at the Apostolic Nunciature of Nicaragua a Meeting with the Representation of the Civic Alliance for Justice and Democracy (ACJD) in a 2 plus 2 format, with the purpose of advancing the Talks.
The GRUN Delegation to the Negotiation Table, appreciates the Witnesses and Guarantors, Monsignor Waldemar Stanislaw Sommertag, Representative of His Holiness Pope Francis in Nicaragua, and Luis Ángel Rosadilla, Special Envoy to the Secretary General of the OAS; the convening of this meeting and we also appreciate their permanent accompaniment and effective facilitation to the work.
The GRUN Delegation to the Negotiation Table, ratifies to the Nicaraguan Families and the International Community, the invariable willingness and commitment of the Government of Nicaragua to advance in the implementation of the Agreements already agreed upon, and continue the Dialogue on the pending Agreements.
The Witnesses and Guarantors have invited us to a new Working Session of the Negotiation Table, on Tuesday, April 23, at INCAE. We already expressed our willingness to be present, giving continuity to the Conversations on the pending Agreements.
Likewise, the GRUN Delegation to the Negotiation Table ratifies the commitment of our Government to continue promoting all the indispensable conditions for the Coming Together, Reconciliation and Peace in our Nicaragua.
