FROM THE DELEGATION OF GRUN
TO THE NEGOTIATION TABLE

We pay tribute to the Mothers who with their Abnegated and Loving Family Oriented, Social, Cultural and Economic Labor, give birth and shine, every day, to a Human Being, a Family, a Community and a Better Country. We grow nourishing ourselves with the Affection, the Goodness and the unconditional Care that we build and Strengthen at all times, with our Mothers, from our Homes and extending throughout our sacred Geography.
Today we begin the Week of the Nicaraguan Mothers paying homage to that Love and Hope that our Mothers provide to us every day, as a part of our Beautiful and Valuable Culture and Our Values of Family, Community and Solidarity.
And we honor our Mothers, from our Culture of Reconciliation, Justice and Peace, working tirelessly and always being present and willing to consolidate Stability, Coming Together in Peaceful Coexistence and Solidarity.
In the Municipalities, Communities, and Neighborhoods of Nicaragua, more than 500 Commissions of Reconciliation, Justice and Peace have been formed and we work for Togetherness and Understanding from the Family and Community, according to the Agendas of our Culture of Peace.
We have also made progress in comprehensive care, with solidarity and support to hundreds of families that are being attended as victims of the Coup Terrorism that we suffered, denounced and condemned in our Nicaragua, which, by the Grace of God, will not return!
Precisely this Week, the Comprehensive Plan for the Attention of the Victims of the Coup Terrorism of April, May, June and July of 2018, will be presented to the National Assembly, in order to elevate it to the Category of a Law, based on the Principle of Forgiveness, Never Forgetting and Non Repetition.
On the other hand, to date, hundreds of Nicaraguans who had left the country in an irregular manner, after the failed attempted coup, have returned under the Proposal of Our Government.
We know that they are in their homes and with their relatives, in accordance with the Safe Return Policy that has been proposed and developed by GRUN.
As for the number of people released and in the Family Cohabitation Regime, there are already 336 Nicaraguan Brothers, that participated in the terrible weeks of terrorist violence, armed attacks, kidnappings, torture, destruction of Private and Public Property, as well as the so-called Roadblocks of Death, that kidnapped us all, in the Months from April to July of 2018.
These releases show the Generosity and absolute Commitment of the GRUN with the Families, and with the Values of our Nicaraguan Culture of Good Faith and Fraternity.
Exactly 142 are still pending to be released, in Processes that are being carried out in accordance with our Constitution and Laws, a deadline that will be met on the upcoming June 18.
The GRUN Delegation has participated, without exception, in all the Meetings held at the Table of Negotiation, demonstrating Commitment and Conscience. The other persons who claim to represent Organization, whose Legal Character has not been able to be confirmed, have missed 18 Sessions, including this entire Week, when, allowing selfishness to prevail, they decided irrationally, to relinquish their participation in the Talks.
But in spite of their ostensible abandonment and arrogant disengagement, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity has continued to fulfill all the Commitments agreed upon with the Nicaraguan People and Families, in absolute responsibility and in tune with the Will of the Majorities that want to overcome those dark pages of which we are not responsible, to work and advance in the Light.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity and the entire Nicaraguan State complies with Nicaragua and the nicaraguans, guaranteeing, according to the Constitution and our Legal Order, the Security and the inalienable Rights to Work, Freedom of Circulation, and all the activities of our own of Life in Society, in Family, with the People and Communities throughout our Country.
We continue advancing in all the Points of the Program to Restore Security, Work and Peace, seeking National Understanding, without neglecting our Duty, as a State and as Institutions that respond to all the People, and that we do not succumb to noisy threats and media provocations. We do not waste our time or energy with bad intentions, although we do denounce them as what they are: Strident Defamatory campaigns, which offend, disrupt and continue to affect our Country and our People.
With all the Activities of each day, Production in the Fields; Production in the Urban Areas; in Trade; in the Creative, Entrepreneurial, Family and Community based Economy; in Education, Health, Energy, Drinking Water, Roads, Infrastructure, etc., etc., all the Activities that describe the Good, Dignified and Laborious Life of the Nicaraguans; We Move Forward, with Faith and Hope, and by the Hand of God.
We are grateful for all the Messages of Recognition to the Institutions that safeguard the Good Functioning, the Wellbeing, the Rights of Everyone, the Labor and Security of our Country, and we commit ourselves to continue fulfilling our duty to support and contribute to provide order and organize all the Social, Labor and Community Activities that mobilize us with Victorious Energies, towards the Full Restoration of our Nicaragua.
We continue to fulfill God and our People, our Mothers, Always Blessed, promoting the Love and Revival of the Christian Spirit, Fraternal, Respectful and Generous, in the Daily Life of Nicaraguans.
We comply with our Responsibility, with the Pride of Serving our Motherland and our People, Free and Worthy. In this Motherland that belongs to us all, a Motherland of Solidarity, and Well Being for us all, and which must be the Greatest Blessing and the Greatest Victory!
