“And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.
Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?
And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing.
And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;
Behold, I have done according to thy words: I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.”

The GRUN Delegation at the Negotiation Table greets the Nicaraguan Families and Mothers with affection, and cordially greets the International Community, today, May 28, informing of the steps we are taking to advance with our Commitments toward Stability and Peace in Nicaragua.
1. Today, the Law for the Comprehensive Plan of Attention to Victims of the Terrorist Coup of April, May, June and July 2018 will be presented to the National Assembly, with the objective, that it be known and fully discussed in the Plenary of that Power of the State.
This Law, as we know, will benefit those People and Families, who were victims of the Coup Terrorism, who lost Dear Ones, who lost material possessions and who even today, must be treated for serious psychological injuries, as a result of the violent actions of the Failed Coup d’état.
2. The Nicaraguan Families, through the State Institutions, we advance in ensuring the foremost protagonism of the Nicaraguan Workers and Cooperatives in all the Productive, Social, Labor, and Business Activities, according to the Constitution and the Laws of our Republic.
3. The Nicaraguan Families advance, from the State Institutions, guaranteeing all the Measures that promote and protect our Democracy, in our Daily Lives, our Labor, Economic, Social, Political, Cultural and Community Life and in our Country.
Nicaraguan Democracy is guaranteed in the Constitution and the Laws of the Republic, which we must be respected by all of us.
4. Under the Special Plan of the Nicaraguan State that guarantees Security and Social Reintegration, Nicaraguans who left the country as a result of the deplorable and tragic events from April to July of 2018, continue to return.
Relatives have returned safely to many Homes where they are already looking forward to continuing with their Lives, working normally.
From all the Embassies, Consulates and Missions of Nicaragua, we continue promoting this Plan of Safe Return to the Soil of the Motherland.
5. Persons linked to terrorist acts, who have not yet been released, will be by the agreed upon dates, in the context of the Commitments for Reconciliation and Peace, and in respect of our Constitution and Laws.
6. Commissions for Reconciliation, Justice and Peace, which have been organized and are operating in Municipalities, Districts, Neighborhoods and Communities, have a definition, an Operating Agendas, Timeframes, and the enthusiastic participation of thousands of Nicaraguans, among Social, Cultural, Economic and Religious Leaders who, with enthusiasm, promote Christian Dialogue, Coming Together and Fraternity.
7. The Nicaraguan Families have ratified daily our Commitment to Security, Work and Peace, recognizing the efforts and effective compliance of the State and Government Institutions that guarantee the Right to Citizen Security, to daily commuting, to Life in Community, to the Tasks of the Urban and Rural Production, as well as to Commerce and the vibrant Creative, Family and Community based Economy, that is visible in these New Times, as essential protagonist.
8. The Nicaraguan State guarantees the Right to Education, Health, Sports, Culture, Social Solidarity Programs and all National and Local Government Programs. The State and Government Institutions recognize and guarantee the Right to Life for All, in Christian Solidarity, Brotherhood and Sisterhood, as well as the Practices of the Faith, during the Work Week and on the Weekends, when Families gather to thank God for the Blessings of a Motherland that revives her Convictions of Blessings and Victories.
9. The Nicaraguan Families ensure from the pertinent Institutions that in accordance with the Tax Law, the necessary Audits are carried out with all companies, Non-Profit Associations, Foundations and other exempted sectors, in order to determine the proper use of equipment, supplies and raw materials, that benefit from exoneration, including media outlets.
10. We are getting prepared to continue working, with indispensable anticipation and with orderly, responsible organization, on all the issues related to the Strengthening of the Electoral Institutions and the Organization of the 2021 National Elections.
Nicaragua, has the Conscience of a Nation Proud of our Democratic Traditions, born with the Popular Revolutionary Triumphs of July 19, 1979, 40 years ago, when for the first time in our history, this Motherland of Darío and Sandino knew Liberty and began to travel on Paths of Protagonism for Families and Communities, Paths that have marveled the World.
On the Path to the Celebration of so many Victories of Sovereignty and Dignity of the Nicaraguan People, we pronounce ourselves with the certainty that the fulfillment of all the Commitments assumed by our State, our Institutions and our Political and Social Forces, will not only be realized, but will once again show the World of what timber the Tree of Life of our Luminous Nicaragua is made of.
