FOR UNDERSTANDING AND PEACE IN NICARAGUA

The Delegation of the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity for Understanding and Peace in Nicaragua greets all the Families and all the Mothers of our Blessed and Always Free Motherland, as well as the International Community, in its unwavering Commitment to continue fulfilling all the agreements signed before Nicaragua and the Nicaraguans.
1. We are making progress in the Organization and Operation of hundreds of Commissions for Reconciliation, Justice and Peace throughout the country.
These Commissions will convene in Greeting all Mothers, today, May 29 with a Special Agenda for of Commitment to Family and Community Values, for the Restoration of Fraternal Links among all Nicaraguans.
2. The Law for the Comprehensive Plan of Attention to Victims of the Terrorist Coup has been presented to the National Assembly, under the Fast Track Procedure. This Proposal will be known and discussed in the next Sessions of this Power of the State.
3. We advance in the Protagonism of Nicaraguan Workers and Cooperatives in all the Economic, Productive, Commercial, Labor, Social and Entrepreneurial Activities, according to the Constitution and the Laws of our Nicaragua.
4. We continue to advance from all State Institutions, guaranteeing the promotion and protection of our Democracy, in all aspects of Life.
We promote the Respect of everyone for the Constitution and the Laws that govern our Republic.
5. We continue to promote, from all the Embassies, Consulates and Missions of Nicaragua, as well as from our Country, the Plan for the Safe Return and Social Reintegration of our Countrymen and Women that left Nicaragua as a result of the tragic events of last year.
6. The Legal and Constitutional Conditions for the release of persons who participated in violent and destructive acts during the failed attempted coup continue to be prepared. By June 18, our Commitments will be fulfilled.
7. The Institutions of the State and Government guarantee the Right to Citizen Security, to freedom of circulation and mobilizations that are characteristic of our daily Life, our Economy, our Education, as well as our Commercial, Recreational, Social, Family, Communal and Religious Activities.
We guarantee all the indispensable Rights for the development of all branches of our economy, which is sustained by the protagonism of hundreds of thousands of Producers, Traders, Entrepreneurs and Workers throughout the country.
8. We provide assurance that each Nicaraguan feels the Blessing of being a child of a Harmonious Country of Families committed to the Common Good, and of a Model of Christian Solidarity and Fraternity that promotes Well-being, Tranquility and Improvement in our Lives.
9. The Nicaraguan people have continually expressed their rejection against Unilateral, Illegal and Coercive Political and Economic Measures that affect our Right to Live and Work with Programs and Projects that allow us to continue moving forward against Poverty.
10. We guarantee that all Nicaraguans comply with the Laws and Measures that our Economy, bludgeoned by the Coup, demands for Stability to allow us to resume the Paths of Growth that Nicaragua was travelling.
11. In a responsible manner we work on the Strengthening of the Electoral Institutions and in all the Processes that will allow us to organize with transparency and success, the National Elections of 2021.
As a Free, Dignified, Sovereign and Proud Motherland of Revolutionary Triumphs that installed Democracy in Nicaragua on July 19, 1979, We Move Forward, in Freedom, Fraternity, Hope and Peace, advancing with the Families and Communities of this Nicaragua, Blessed and Always Free, on Paths that continue to inspire the Peoples of the World.
The fulfillment of our Plan for Stability, Security and Peace in Nicaragua guarantees the Good Life and the Christian Solidarity that we all want.
