Once more, we address You to express our most heartfelt Condolences for the tragedy suffered by your Country and People, as a consequence of the devastating passage of Hurricane Dorian.
Our Fraternal and Solidarity Greetings in the face of so much material loss, but, above all, in the face of the loss of valuable Lives of Brothers and Sisters of that Caribbean Commonwealth.
Receive, Brother Prime Minister, the Affection and Accompaniment, the Prayers of the Nicaraguan Families, our Government and ourselves. We humbly ask you to convey our genuine, sincere and fraternal Solidarity to the Relatives and Friends of the deceased and to all your People.
