On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to convey to You, the Government and People of the Commonwealth of Dominica, our warmest congratulations on the solemn occasion of national pride for the celebration of the 41 Anniversary of Independence, this November 3.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua wishes to reiterate its unwavering commitment to continue moving forward together, addressing historic and current challenges that threatens the freedom and independence of our Peoples.
