On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express to You, the People and the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, our warmest congratulations for the Victory achieved by the Dominica Labor Party during the General Elections celebrated on Friday, 6 December.
Our Sisters and Brothers of Dominica have ratified their trust in your Decisive and Effective Leadership, as well as in your Vision of an Independent and Peaceful Country, which with great Wisdom, have resolved through the ballots, what others have sought to tarnish through violence.
