PRESS RELEASE
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua expresses its concern and dismay at the very serious situation that Peace is facing in the World, which once again has been threatened and altered by events and provocations condemned by Heads of State, Organizations and Governments of the Planet.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua joins the multiple declarations and manifestations that warn about the aggravation of a crisis that is already having, and would have, very dangerous, disastrous and devastating consequences for all Humanity.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity has heard the position of the Sovereign Government of Iraq, claiming violation of its National Sovereignty, and of the Government and People of Iran, who denounces violation of International Law and the United Nations Charter, condemning, as international terrorism, the crime committed against his great anti-terrorist fighter and National Hero of the Islamic Republic of Iran, General Qasem Soleimani, as well as against Iranian and Iraqi citizens.
In these critical moments for Security and Peace in the World, our Government and our People, as part of the United Nations Organization, ask for serious, responsible and credible actions that take into account the extreme risk we face as Civilization.
Our sincere and deep Condolences to the Peoples of Iran and Iraq and to the Families of those Sister Countries that are suffer today the pain of the absence of their Beloved Ones. We join in Prayer before the Merciful and Great God of Clemency, present in all Religions, and we summon ourselves to work, to defend and to demand that Justice, Security, Respect for the International Legal Order, the Sovereignty of Nations, and Peace will prevail.
